  • Upgrade my subscription

    To upgrade your membership, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Upgrade Membership.” From there, you’ll have the options to select the tier that best suits your needs.

  • Add, remove, and update your credit card details

    To add or remove stored cards, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Linked Cards.” From there, you’ll have the option to add a new card, remove or update an existing card.

  • Cashout your rewards

    To cash out your rewards, you must have at least $5 in available redeemed rewards and a linked bank account authorized for ACH deposits. If you have not already linked an eligible account, you can do so in Settings → Linked Cards or when prompted during the cash-out process. Once your cash-out request is submitted, your funds will typically be deposited within 24–48 hours, and you can track the status in your Cash Out History under Settings & Preferences.

    Memberships are created and managed by each brand or creator, including setting their own pricing. Every membership must include a free tier, and brands or creators may also offer one or more paid tiers with enhanced cashback and additional benefits.
