  • What to do if you cannot access your account

    If you are having trouble logging in, try resetting your password. You can find the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You’ll receive instructions on your registered email.

    If this does not solve the problem, clear your browser’s cached data and cookies and try again.

  • Resetting your password

    To change your password, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Account Settings.” From there, type in your current password and proceed to type in your new password. The system will ask you to confirm your new password. Once you’ve completed these steps, click “Save”.

  • Your transactions are not syncing

    From time to time, your transaction sync may be disrupted. Some financial institutions require you to periodically relink your accounts to protect your security. If you experience delayed or disrupted transactions after relinking your accounts, please contact us at support@liquidrewards.com for assistance.

  • Activating an offer

    Offers are posted for a limited time and must be activated before purchase to receive the reward. Only one offer per brand can be activated at any given time. If an offer is not active, it means the offer has expired, or the creator has removed the offer from their gallery.

  • Missing Reward

    Redeemed rewards usually post to your account within 48-72 hours after the charge was made. You should receive a notification that you are on your way to a reward within four hours of your purchase. Once the charge has settled with your bank, LIQUID will reconcile the final charge and add cash into your LIQUID wallet. Your cashback balance can be found in the Redeemed Rewards tab.

  • Linking your cards

    Upon registration, you will be prompted to link your various credit and debit card accounts. This process is supported by our partners at Plaid and will require you to have your online bank credentials. Please know that for security reasons, LIQUID cannot link a credit or debit card on your behalf.
