What to do if you cannot access your account
If you are having trouble logging in, clear your browser’s cached data and cookies and try again.
If you still cannot log in, please email support@liquidrewards.com.

Resetting your password
To change your password, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Account Settings.” From there, type in your current password and proceed to type in your new password. The system will ask you to confirm your new password. Once you’ve completed these steps, click “Save”.

Your transactions are not syncing
From time to time, your transaction sync may be disrupted. Some financial institutions require you to periodically relink your accounts to protect your security. If you experience delayed or disrupted transactions after relinking your accounts, please contact us at support@liquidrewards.com for assistance.

Activating an offer
Offers are available for a limited time and must be activated before purchasing to earn rewards. Only one offer per brand can be active at a time. If an offer is unavailable, it has either expired or been removed by the brand or creator.

Missing Reward
If you don't see your reward within 72 hours after your transaction has settled, please contact us at support@liquidrewards.com, and our team will be happy to assist.

Linking your cards
Navigate to Settings → Linked Cards and follow the prompts to securely connect your account through Plaid.
