As a membership-based platform, LIQUID goes beyond cashback rewards – with benefits and perks defined by the creator you follow. Here’s a breakdown of how to think about these advantages:
Reward: The cashback awarded when you activate an offer and shop at that retailer. To keep things fun, there are eight different types of rewards – each with their own timelines and criteria for redemption.
Benefit: Just by having a LIQUID membership, you will receive exciting advantages. These will be determined by the creator you follow so you can trust they will be good. An example: Join the iMAV3RIQ community for a free video game on your birthday, or to have 5% cashback at Chipotle all year long.
Perk: Interested in interacting with your favorite creator? Log in to your membership to find rotating engagement opportunities that further cultivate your relationship.
Who can have a membership?
LIQUID welcomes anyone with a credit or debit card. By linking your cards, LIQUID can reward you with cashback.
LIQUID Security
At LIQUID, we take security seriously. Our platform uses encrypted data transmission and secure storage protocols while employing regular security audits, too. Your bank account and login details are never directly accessed by LIQUID; instead, we work with trusted partners like Plaid to securely access only the data needed to give you results.
What is LIQUID?
LIQUID is the membership-based cashback app that lets you increase and expand your reward earnings from your existing debit and credit cards. It’s easy to use – just link your cards to your account, and LIQUID will reward you with cashback whenever it detects a transaction associated with an activated offer in your membership. By joining your favorite creator’s membership, you’ll enjoy benefits and perks beyond cashback.

The most secure way to unlink a financial account from LIQUID is directly with your financial institution. LIQUID’s connection to your bank will be clearly marked as LIQUID Rewards; you can delete this connection in the security center of your bank to remove that feed from our account. If you have any issues with this process, please reach out to support@liquidrewards.com and we will unlink your account on your behalf.
Cancel your membership
You can cancel your membership by sending us an email at support@liquidrewards.com
Update your profiles and contact information
To update your profile and contact information, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Account Settings.” From there, you can make the necessary edits and save your changes. If you encounter any difficulties, our support team is here to assist.

To upgrade your membership, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Upgrade Membership.” From there, you’ll have the options to select the tier that best suits your needs.
Add, remove, and update your credit card details
To add or remove stored cards, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Linked Accounts” From there, you’ll have the options to add a new card, or remove or update an existing card.
Cashout your rewards
To cash out your redeemed rewards, you must add and authorize an ACH account. You can do this in “Linked Accounts” or you will be prompted to do so after you select cash out.
Follow the Steps below:
1. First ensure you have available funds to cash out. (minimum $5 in-order to cash out)
2. If you meet the minimum $5 requirement initiate cash out by clicking the green cash out button on your redeemed rewards page.
3. You can only deposit to an eligible bank account that accept deposits. Please ensure you have an account linked that can accept the cash out. If not please add an account in-order to proceed.
4. Success! You have successfully deposited your cash out funds and will receive your funds in the next 24-48 hours. Check the status of your cash out from your cash out history in settings & preferences.
Membership and Pricing
Your favorite creator defines his/her/their membership, as well as its pricing. LIQUID requires every creator to have a free membership and at least one paid tier that comes with greater benefits and cashback.
Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble logging in, try resetting your password. You can find the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You’ll receive instructions on your registered email.
If this does not solve the problem, clear your browser’s cached data and cookies and try again.
If you still cannot login, please email support@liquidrewards.com or leverage the in-platform Chat, available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm ET, ensuring prompt and personalized support from our dedicated team.
Resetting your password
To change your password, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Account Settings.” From there, type in your current password and proceed to type in your new password. The system will ask you to confirm your new password. Once you’ve completed these steps, click “Save”.
Your transactions are not syncing
From time to time, your transaction sync may be disrupted. Some financial institutions require you to periodically relink your accounts to protect your security. If you experience delayed or disrupted transactions after relinking your accounts, please contact us at support@liquidrewards.com for assistance.
Activating an offer
Offers are posted for a limited time and must be activated before purchase to receive the reward. Only one offer per brand can be activated at any given time. If an offer is not active, it means the offer has expired, or the creator has removed the offer from their gallery.
Missing Reward
Redeemed rewards usually post to your account within 48-72 hours after the charge was made. You should receive a notification that you are on your way to a reward within four hours of your purchase. Once the charge has settled with your bank, LIQUID will reconcile the final charge and add cash into your LIQUID wallet. Your cashback balance can be found in the Redeemed Rewards tab.
Linking your cards
Upon registration, you will be prompted to link your various credit and debit card accounts. This process is supported by our partners at Plaid and will require you to have your online bank credentials. Please know that for security reasons, LIQUID cannot link a credit or debit card on your behalf.
