Reward: The cashback awarded when you activate an offer and shop online at that retailer. 

Benefit: With a LIQUID membership, you will receive exciting advantages. These will be determined by the creator you follow, so you can trust they will be good. An example: Join this membership and receive 5% cashback at any fast food restaurant for this month.

Who can have a membership?

LIQUID is available to individuals aged 18 or older with an active bank account at a supported financial institution.

How secure is LIQUID?

LIQUID uses encrypted data transmission, secure storage protocols, and trusted partners like Plaid to protect your information. LIQUID never has direct access to your banking credentials.

Yes. You can access your referral code under Settings → Referral and share it with friends to earn referral rewards.

How do I completely disconnect from LIQUID?

To unlink your account, remove the "LIQUID Rewards" connection in your bank's security settings. If you need help, email support@liquidrewards.com.

Cancel your membership

You can cancel your membership by clicking on the settings icon, Security > Account Ownership > Delete Account. If you have any issues deleting your account this way, please send us an email at support@liquidrewards.com.

Update your profiles and contact information

To update your profile and contact information, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Account Settings.” From there, you can make the necessary edits and save your changes. If you encounter any difficulties, please email us at support@liquidrewards.com

Upgrade my subscription

To upgrade your membership, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Upgrade Membership.” From there, you’ll have the options to select the tier that best suits your needs.

Add, remove, and update your credit card details

To add or remove stored cards, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Linked Cards.” From there, you’ll have the option to add a new card, remove or update an existing card.

Cashout your rewards

To cash out your rewards, you must have at least $5 in available redeemed rewards and a linked bank account authorized for ACH deposits. If you have not already linked an eligible account, you can do so in Settings → Linked Cards or when prompted during the cash-out process. Once your cash-out request is submitted, your funds will typically be deposited within 24–48 hours, and you can track the status in your Cash Out History under Settings & Preferences.

Membership and Pricing

Memberships are created and managed by each brand or creator, including setting their own pricing. Every membership must include a free tier, and brands or creators may also offer one or more paid tiers with enhanced cashback and additional benefits.

What to do if you cannot access your account

If you are having trouble logging in, clear your browser’s cached data and cookies and try again.

If you still cannot log in, please email support@liquidrewards.com.

Resetting your password

To change your password, click on the settings icon and navigate to “Account Settings.” From there, type in your current password and proceed to type in your new password. The system will ask you to confirm your new password. Once you’ve completed these steps, click “Save”.

Your transactions are not syncing

From time to time, your transaction sync may be disrupted. Some financial institutions require you to periodically relink your accounts to protect your security. If you experience delayed or disrupted transactions after relinking your accounts, please contact us at support@liquidrewards.com for assistance.

Activating an offer

Offers are available for a limited time and must be activated before purchasing to earn rewards. Only one offer per brand can be active at a time. If an offer is unavailable, it has either expired or been removed by the brand or creator.

Missing Reward

If you don't see your reward within 72 hours after your transaction has settled, please contact us at support@liquidrewards.com, and our team will be happy to assist.
